Mama Circle meeting 10:30-12:30 every Wednesday in Moss Beach. The cost is $10 and the group welcomes pregnant and new moms, with children any age. Strong friendships are forged here, and they often spin out to form play groups with the CMC!
I serve tea, pass a talking stick so that everyone is heard, and we give feedback or get questions answered by me or the group. Many topics are discussed, and it can be light weight or deeper, depending on what the group wants/needs each week.
I am also a Certified Lactation Educator, and R.N., and can see a mom privately, or support her and answer breastfeeding/nurse-medical questions she may have, in the group. I can make appropriate referrals as needed.
